Two hours over a single video call. The written findings report is sent within a few days after the session.
What's included in the written findings report?add
A detailed breakdown of every AI opportunity we've identified in your business. For each one we tell you what tools we'd use, what it would cost to implement, the estimated hours per week it would save you, and the realistic timeframe to build it. It's a prioritised written plan you can act on, share with your team, or hand to anyone for implementation.
Can my team join the session?add
Yes, if it helps. Most clients prefer to do it one-to-one with the business owner, but if a senior team member would add value, bring them in.
What happens after the AI Assessment?add
Implementation is completely optional. You leave with a clear plan and you decide whether to take it further with us, do it in-house, or simply use the insights to inform your own next steps.
